Hello, I have upgraded my internet connection in August to 1 Giga. Unfortunately, the speed never reached even half of Giga, and I have several issues over the last two weeks. The connectivity is slow, and I am getting too often freeze or disconnected.

I’m using apple technology only > tablet Pro, iPhone 10 and 11 and MacBook air. On top streaming via google Chromecast. We had an problems on Monday and Tuesday.

@Lacmzde , How are your speed values with WIFI? What kind of device do you use? If it is a computer, what kind of network card do you have?

Personally I consider WIFI and LAN to be different. If you have full speed via LAN and less with WIFI, the reason is WIFI. The Fibre Cut has nothing to do with this, because then you would have less speed on the LAN.
