Only encrypted access to UPC Mail??

I received an email from UPC advising that only encrypted access will be allowed for email from October 31.

But this shows the settings I have been using for over 20 years!

What, if anything, do I need to change?

Using: iMac/Thunderbird - iPhone& Ipad/Apple Mail

If you already have these changes active, you do not need to do anything else.
