Hello! We have had no internet for the last two days (green arrows flashing), and have tried all the usual tricks of unplugging and replugging in various wires and the router/modem. We rely on the internet for home office and thus this is a major problem. Our landlord is the primary customer for the service, and he has not responded to our request to call the service provider. I was wondering if there is a way to speak to someone who can help us with the problem, given that we cannot directly contact Unitymedia technical services because we don’t have our landlord’s personal customer information?
