Hi,
Some of my devices (my wife’s HP laptop) and my Sonos One speaker, keep periodically dropping from the network. This often requires restarting the devices to get them back on to the network.
I’ve tried using some of the tools in the router (I’m no expert!) and can see that when the devices drop, they are no longer visible in the router as “connected devices”. When I try a ping test to these devices, even when connected, this shows 100% packet loss. When I look at the network log as soon as a device is dropped, it looks like the typical message that accompanies the dropping of the device is “Illegal - Dropped FORWARD packet: src=2001:0730:3400:8400:0000:0000:0000:0004 MAC=17:10:9A:5B:83:86;CM-MAC=54:67:51:d2:e2:4b;CMTS-MAC=00:17:10:9a:5b:83;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;”
Please help!
