Hello,

I have the following issues:

SMS are marked as sent but are never received by recipient
MMS cannot be sent

Please help, especially for SMS

Please write down the following and report this to our support (0800 66 88 66):
- the A number: (your mobile number)
- the B number: (the destination number the SMS was sent to)
- Date / time of at least 3 examples

They will then check further with you.
