Hello,

From older post looks like I’m not the only one having this problem…

I changed the Connect Box login password, and i have a photo of the new password so I am 100% sure of what it is, unfortunately I keep getting a “Password incorrect” message when i try to login at 192.168.01., so I am locked out.

Since is the second time it happens (first time I thought i was wrong with the password) I’m pretty sure is a connect box problem.

How can i solve it?

@corcav ,Can you please provide us by private message your customer number, full address and date of birth so we can reset your modem?

Hi Daniele,

I just did it again (4th time now…) and problem is still there, one i logout if i try to enter into modem configuration using the new password I have the “Password incorrect” error.
Since I took a picture of the new password and since is the 4th i reset it, I’m quite sure the password i am using is correct.

What else can I do? Can you to some kind of remote inspection?

@corcav , Welcome to the community!

Please perform a modem reset. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Afterwards try to change your password again.
