Hi,
I’m trying to pre-order an iPhone 12 without success. Everytime I try to add the new smartphone from within MyUPC, I get an error page informing me that my customer data is incomplete.
I tried contacting support a few days ago and was just told to “try again later”, which I’ve done many times over the past few days.
As a test, I also tried to go through the ordering process including a new subscription (which I don’t want) and I get exactly the same result - the error page.
I’ve checked my profile within MyUPC and cannot see any customer data that’s obviously missing.
I also tried switching language to German but that didn’t change anything (apart from the language of the errorpage!)
Is this a known issue? If not, is it possible to contact someone who can actually deal with the issue rather than being told to “try again later”?
