Hi Cablecom support,
I received my Horizon box on Saturday June 13th. The connections were set up as written in the instructions.
I have attached a photo of my connection set up.
My TV shows a message of the installation could not be completed. Error code 1001.
I have rebooted my Horizon box several times and the same error message is shown on my TV.
Please could an engineer test the connection from cablecom to my apartment and contact me.
