There may be devices in your wired network which might limit your in-home connectivity.
Since yesterday evening, I have issues to reach some website and I did the diagnostic on the connect box which gave me the following result:
I then tried to unplug everything, restart the box, and only use one laptop connected by wifi. The error comes and go and I don’t see a cause to it. But it seems to be less of an issue when my television and my media centre are not connected even to it still happen without these device connected to the network.
The next step was to call the support and they restored the box to factory defaults which corrected the issue, but the issues came back 20 minutes later.
What I found weird is that I can always reach the “big” website. Google, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. The issue concerns only the smaller ones (and Reddit).
It doesn’t seem to be a DNS problem either because I can reach whatever address at all time without issue.
What can I do next?
