Weak WiFi security on Connect Box

I have noticed on my Iphone for the home WiFi connection from the Connect Box, indicates that the Wifi security is WEAK. It says that the Wifi from the Connect Box is using WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) and is considered NOT secure. It recommends changing the Connect Box WiFi Network to use WPA2(AES) or WPA3 security type. But on the connect Box this cannot been changed. If I get another Router that handles WPA2(AES) or WPA3 and put the Connect Box in Modem Mode and connect the Router, will this enable the WiFi signal to broadcast on the Stronger Security WiFi of WPA2(AES) or WPA3???

I do not have that option on my connect box. See contents below for Wifi security settings.

@GC9437_69 , Please change the WIFI security in the modem settings from “WPA-WPA 2 Personal” to “WPA 2 Personal”. After that the message disappears.

If you look at the picture right above, what do you have set in the red marked area under Security? What can you set there?

thanks Daniele, as I said, neither the app nor the modem shows the functionality/menu to change WPA the “security” setting area. only allows MAC list setting.

brama692 I have turned off the WIFI channel optimization. Can you please try it again? If it doesn’t work, can you please post a picture of your modem’s settings page?
