If I get a Wifi Extender for Mesh Network that supports WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 can I connect it via wifi to the Connect Box to increase the signal to cope with distributed Bandwidths to various devices.

Then I can connect the UPC TV Box directly via Ethernet to the wifi Extender and have a more stronger signal with no loss of Bandwidth?

Does having WiFi 6 Technology with Tri Band in a Mesh extender be compactible with the UPC Connect Box etc?

@GC9437_69 , With Acces Points I mean your Mash System that you want to install.

If you set the modem to bridge mode, you can then connect all the hardware you want. The modem then only has a pure modem function without a firewall.

Do you mean for “Access points” the powerline wifi extenders from UPC?

So if I connect another router in bridge mode I can get rid of the powerline extenders?

@GC9437_69 , If your modem is set to IPv4, you can set it to bridge mode for example. Then you can connect your own router with WIFI6 and more.

If you only use AccesPoints I would not switch to bridge mode.

If the devices are compatible with mesh, etc. you have to read the manual of your own device what the requirements are.
