No internet / flashing lights on and off

I’m working from home in Zurich and 2 hours ago internet stopped. The wifi icon is green (always on) and the lower white bar is also on. The only thing that changed is that the arrow symbols are on and off constantly in green. I’ve been waiting on the support phone for 60 minutes without an answer. I’m quite worried as I need to wfh tomorrow morning . Can someone please help me? I followed the troubleshooting steps on the upc website without success 🙁

@Veronicag ,The best thing to do is to restart your modem and contact us here again if there is a problem. We will then check your modem values.
