I got a confirmation from Chat Support that i can cancel my Mobile subscription by giving 30 days noitice period by end of each month, when my new provider tried to send the porting application, it got rejected that i cannot switch provider until Mar 2021, although Cat support already confirmed that i can cancel anytime.
What is going on in UPC, why are you trying to cheat your cuspomers. I am really annoyed with this kind of behaviour and need a solution to it at the earliest.
