Hi, is there any way I can cancel my internet? I have been with UPC 3 months now. For most of the first month my whole building did not have internet. Now I have to reconnect my devices and/or restart the Connect box several times a day. It is simply impossible to work from home as is and I would like to switch providers as I never had these issues before.

@gjsalot , You can reach the cancellation department at 0800 900 210.

Regarding your connection. We can change it to IPv4 once. Afterwards you can test if it is better.
