Very bad customer service when you want to cancel because UPC can’t provide us internet!
Dear UPC,
Since half October we have been a customer for Internet, everything went well in the beginning and we’ve received your connection box at home. Unfortunatley we couldn’t get connection, we have called you and were being helped by very friendly, English speaking, customer service. They sent a mechanic a week later. The mechanic concluded that our building was nog capable of receiving the right connection for the UPC connection box. He suggested we cancel our subscription and look for a provider who can deliver connection through a different ‘hole in the wall’.
I have been calling and waiting to cancel our subscription by telephone AND by filing in the cancelation form but no one has returned my calls. My French is basic but still good and they wont help me because I prefer to talk in English to explain our situation.
Now we have received a bill! Why do you make the cancellation process so hard? It is very customer unfriendly! Your website is in perfect English but your customer service isn’t!
We want to cancel not because we WANT to but because we HAVE to since UPC can not provide us internet! We work from home so this is very inconvenient to do with our telephone hotspot!
