How to delete My UPC account?

Hello,

I used to manage my uncle and my grandfather’s subscriptions; in order to do so, I create two MyUPC accounts (with 2 different emails).

Here is the current situation:

My uncle doesn’t have any UPC product anymore and, even if he had, I wouldn’t manage them anymore.
My grandfather died and therefore his subscriptions got cancelled.

I now need to manage a new UPC subscription (with new customer number) and therefore would like to create a new MyUPC account. Unfortunately I cannot do that because both my email addresses are linked to my uncle and my grandpa old accounts.

So the question: how can I delete those two MyUPC accounts and make my email address available again?

And please add the customer numbers of the two inactive accounts (of your grandfather and your uncle).

I will check the status and see what is possible.
