Dear all, I have been trying to speak to someone from UPC in English for several weeks without succeed. I cancelled my subscription to UPC service and I received the confirmation letter (5th Nov 2020). However I am still receiving the invoices as if the cancellation has never happened. After reading some other posts about the same topic I would like to avoid similar undesirable situations.
I have never been able to use the service I contracted with UPC because the internet connection that UPC provides is incompatible with the optical fiber plug, the only one I have at the apartment. However I have been paid for that ‘non-service’ till receiving the cancellation letter. I would not like to pay more for something that never worked and that is cancelled now. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. Thanks in advance,
