New Iphone since last week and cannot be reached

Hi,

I bought an Iphone SE in the UPC shop and it is operational since last weekend. I managed to receive phone calls. Since Friday I am abroad and I cannot be reached. When someone tries to call me they get “Diese Rufnummer ist ungültig”!

Sim card is properly installed and recognised by phone. I have rebooted the phone a few times but still the same problem. I need an urgent fix as I wil be abroad until 7/12

I also raised the problem through the chat function this morning. The agent could not help and raised a ticket… “they” will contact me…. Hope not via phone because it will not be possible :-)
