Can I then ask, why, when I reported the WiFi issue to you back in October, you told me it can’t happen. Yet, when another customer says they are having the same problem, you offer what may be a solution.
As a loyal customer of 8 years, this to me is not good customer service at all. I do hope that customer services managers regularly look at comments from customers and the responses from their colleagues on UPC Community as it seems there is inconsistencies with the answers given.
As customers of UPC, we pay a high price for the service and some consistency in answers (or answers at all) on the UPC Community site would be helpful and appreciated.
