Hello, I’ve just changed my subscription from Connect 100 to Connect 600. I’ve done a speedtest and while upload is at 60Mbit as it should the download speeds are around 50Mbit which is 12 times less than it should. The change was done 2 days ago and I’ve restarted my modem. Please advise.

@draharz , Please run a speedtest according to this manual via LAN cable, not a WIFI speedtest. Can you please tell us the UID of CNLAB afterwards?

Now I am getting 250Mbs but its at least half of what I expect

Hello, I just did the reset and its even worse. I am getting 7Mbit download. I will keep the router like that so you can see by yourself. I removed my second router and did not change any settings after reset.

@draharz , Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

How do I reset Connect Box back to normal?

@draharz ,Welcome to the community.

We can see that during the speedtest on CNLAB a Netgear device was inserted as a gateway. So I assume that this is a router. Can you please remove it and do a speedtest via LAN cable from your modem without anything in between?
