First invoice and activation fee

Two months ago I signed up for the Connect 600 promotional discount without activation fee (. The representative on the phone told me that because of an error in the software I would be charged an activation fee on the first bill. I would have to pay for it but then I would be reimburshed on the second bill.

Indeed the first bill contained an activation fee but also a montly fee that was higher than the advertised 39 CHF of the offer. As I was reassured on the phone that the next bills will correct this I wasn’t too worried. Now I received the second bill and unfortuanately this is not the case. The montly fee is now correct but I have not been reimburshed for the activation fee or higher monthly fee of the first bill.

Is this something you could help me resolve? My customer number is 6894228

You are right, we made a mistake. Please excuse our error.

We have now done the following.
- CHF 99.- for the activation fee has just been credited to your account.
- CHF 17.38 has been credited as a difference to the subscription price of CHF 39

- the last invoice no. 189273345 does not need to be paid

The credits will be visible in MyUPC in 48h.
