Very slow internet connection

I have difficulties with very slow internet connection. I made a test and avg download speed is 19.3 MBit/s and my subscription is 1GBit/s .
User id of my last test is
User ID: 6678215114530617185

I did all steps in troubleshooting but it didn’t work!

Please perform a speed test via LAN cable and a PC according to the following instructions.

Btw., 450mbit with an iPhone is not bad. 1Gbit over WIFI is not possible with your iPhone. A maximum of 650mbit is possible with optimal conditions.
