Can't open bills in pdfs in myupc

Hi there,

When I go into myupc to see my monthly bills in detail I can’t open the pdfs. The pdf icons are there but there’re dead links.

Any ideas what might be happening?

I just got the first bill of my new mobile subscription and I would like to see the details.

Mojave should work.

Do you have any PDF reader software installed? If so, remove it or ensure the built-in Preview is the default app for .pdf files.

Thanks Adrian! I guess I’ll have to upgrade at some point.

If it helps, I’ve just tried on my Mac (Big Sur, Firefox & Safari) and it works. The files are either downloaded or opened in Preview.

I’m using MacOS 10.14.6 (Mojave) and I’ve tried with Safari, Firefox and Chrome and none work.

We were able to download the invoices as a simulation on your account using Google Chrome browser.

What operating system and browser are you using?
