I got an email about premium plus.  The info on the website states that there are channels, films, and series “that are broadcast at the same time as their first airing in the USA”. Looking at the channel list pdf, there doesn’t seem to be any difference to what I already get on my digicard and Horizon. I don’t see any new or different channels listed. Where is that information? Where are the 40 new channels listed because they are not in the pdf channel list (I don’t see them there).

If you think that on these channels a content should not be matched with the broadcast of USA at the same time, then can you please give me a concrete example? On which channel, which film or series should run at the same time as USA? Then I will check it out.

Thank you. I have had these channels for years and none of them have movies or programs “that are broadcast at the same time as their first airing in the USA”. And none of them are channels from the USA. For example, the FOX, TNT, and Syfy channels we receive here are based in Germany and none of them show anything that is “broadcast at the same time as their first airing in the USA” (as stated in the email and on the website).

So the big question is: Why is UPC sending out false, misleading, and totally incorrect info to customers/potential customers? I just wasted a whole bunch of time on this unnecessarily.

I checked your profile and you are absolutely right. You already have Premium Plus included in your account.

So this info in the mail is irrelevant for you. This was a general mail for several customers who might be interested in the Premium Plus option.

There are only these channels, which Daniele has already sent you (divided under German, French and Italian).

That was exactly what I looked at before I posted here. I would like to see the list for the 40 new channels on premium plus “that are broadcast at the same time as their first airing in the USA”. I cannot find it. Everything in those lists shows me what I already have. Nothing new. Please show me the list of the 40 new channels for Premium plus. That is what I am interested in knowing about for it will help me decide if I want to spend another 15 francs per month for the 40 new channels on premium plus “that are broadcast at the same time as their first airing in the USA”. Thanks. 🙂

@catflap , On the following page you will find all the channels that are included in the Premium Plus package.

If you have a Horizon device or a DigiCard, this is the correct channel list.
