If you subscribed to UPC services, you should have received a Connect Box to connect your phone to and a simple setup notice.
The wall outlet you are connecting to at the moment is the Swisscom landline which obviously has been deactivated.
In today connected world unfortunately end users are always in a hurry and they skip the “RTFM” solution which generally prevent 90% of the incidents… probably you should try it :smileyvery-happy:.
