I also am having difficulty sending email messages using Outlook as I have done for about 26 years. I understand now that I need to purchase a Sunrise product or service, and that’s all right. To get to that stage, my identity needed to be verified; and, while the software accepts my passport image and my selfie, the name and birthdate on my passport don’t match that data on file with Sunrise. How can I pass the verification test?
