Impossible to install Crunchyroll

Good afternoon,

I used to watch animes on my TV before getting the Sunrise TV box (and subsequent overriding of the tv…).

I want to be able to install it from the menu you imposed on us customers (currently only allowing a few streaming options like Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV) and use my Crunchyroll subscription just as I was using it before directly from my TV.

Can you enable that? Thank you in advance.

This is a customers-helping-customers forum, so we have no access to the systems to make changes. There is no option to install your own apps on the Sunrise TV Box because an open app store does not exist. You are limited to the applications that Sunrise provides directly on the system. For using a service like Crunchyroll, you should consider using an external streaming device. Good examples with a free app store are Apple TV, Google TV Streamer, or an Amazon Fire TV Stick.
