Hello. I recently ordered a Sunrise Prepaid eSIM. My identity check was successfully completed on the dashboard and the payment of CHF 19.90 has already been processed. However, I haven’t received the eSIM QR code by email.
As I don’t have the QR code, I can’t install or activate the eSIM on my phone and I’m also unable to properly access my account. Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows where I can find the QR code?
I would really appreciate any advice on how to get the eSIM activated. Thank you!
