Esim - Unknown numer - calls not working

After installing a second esim now on the sunrise esim it’s showing unknown number .

I tried to switch between the two esim already since I can only have 1 active in my Motorola edge 50 pro but the problem still exists

Is possible for sunrise to send me a configuration refresh ?

As this is a customer-to-customer forum, we unfortunately do not have access to the systems to fix this for you.

The best way to get in touch with Sunrise is to use the Live Chat. Open the support page Sunrise help and contact in an incognito window. Select the chat option and click through the arrows until you reach the roaming section. Click on No when asked if your request is resolved. This allows you to start a chat with an agent (08:00 to 19:00) who can push a manual configuration refresh to your phone.
