Unable to access MySunrise

Hello Sunrise Team,

I completed the online identification for my Sunrise eSIM, but I never received a confirmation email that it was successfully completed. I then tried to access MySunrise, but I’m stuck in a 2FA loop asking me to provide a Swiss phone number. Since my eSIM hasn’t been activated yet, I don’t have an active Swiss number to use for 2FA. When I try to open the identification link again, I get: “Access policy evaluation is already in progress for your current session.” error. How can I access my MySunrise account and check whether the identification was successful ?

This is a user-to-user forum and therefore we do not have access to the Sunrise systems or customer data.

Please check your spam or junk folder first to see if the confirmation email arrived there.

To bypass the 2FA loop, it is best to contact the hotline (0800 707 707) directly. They have the system access to bypass or temporarily disable the two-factor authentication for you.
