Prepaid eSIM paid but cannot login – no Swiss number

I paid for a Sunrise prepaid eSIM. Payment successful. I have not completed the ID verification yet. I cannot log into My Sunrise because it requires a Swiss mobile number for 2FA. Please help by sending a direct ID verification link to my email or temporarily disabling 2FA so I can complete the process and get the eSIM QR code.I tried resetting my password, but I still couldn’t bypass two-factor authentication.I can provide my customer number and order details via private message if needed.
