I am trying to order a Sunrise Prepaid eSIM from abroad.
I selected:
- International address
- Foreign passport
The passport document upload seems to work, but the ID verification fails during the face verification step with:
“Unfortunately, we were unable to identify you.”
I have tried different devices and lighting conditions, but the verification still fails.
Has anyone successfully completed Sunrise Prepaid eSIM registration from outside Switzerland with a foreign passport?
Is there an alternative verification method or manual review process?
