Unable to log in – password incorrect & no reset email received

I’m having trouble accessing my account. I recently created a new account, but when I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect.

I attempted to reset my password, but I never receive the reset/verification email. I have checked:

My spam/junk folder

All other email folders

Confirmed I have not blocked Sunrise as a sender

Despite this, no email arrives at all. Could you please help me resolve this issue, either by resending the code manually or checking if there’s a problem with my account’s registered email address?

We are a customer-to-customer forum, so we do not have access to Sunrise systems.

This issue often occurs if there was a typo during registration or if the activation of the new account is still pending in the system. Please contact the hotline at (0800 707 707) so they can check this and take appropriate action.

Since you are currently abroad, you can contact Sunrise support with a little trick via their online chat. Please open the contact page at https://www.sunrise.ch/en/support/contact#Mobilelost,PIN/PUK,SIM/eSIM and select “Mobile” in the first step.

Next, click on “Handy verloren, PIN/PUK, SIM/eSIM”. In the chat window, click the right arrow icons until you reach “Roaming”. Then select “Problems with roaming while abroad”. When asked “Is your query resolved?”, make sure to click “No” to get connected directly with a live agent.

If the chat window does not open when you click it, please temporarily disable your ad-blocker or open the page in an incognito window. Alternatively, you can call the international hotline support directly at (+41 58 777 01 01). Please note that calling the international hotline may incur higher costs.

Cosmo24 I spoke with a Sunrise representative by phone, and he told me that I need to be physically in Switzerland to log into my account. I don’t understand this,,,

I think there might be an issue with the account itself, because after I set my password on the portal, it seemed correct, but now the system keeps saying “wrong password” when I try to log in

That is really hard to believe and doesn’t sound right at all. In my opinion, you should definitely be able to log into your account from anywhere in the world. I really don’t understand this.

Since you are currently abroad and can’t seem to get any further, I will tag @Daniele_Sunrise here. Maybe he can take a look at your profile when he sees this. You should probably send him your details in a private message, including your name, phone number, and your customer number if you have it.
