Roaming - paying for data with a roaming package

I’ve bought two packages for roaming, to use in Turkey and Greece, travel data 5 GB.

I’ve checked that the two options are valid for these countries.

This morning I received the notification that I have spent more than 50 CHF in roaming data, I check on cockpit and I can see that the roaming data costa Is over 60 CHF. At the same time, the data of the roaming package has been accounted as well. How is it possible? Is it a mistake?

This problem can happen if background data ran on your phone in the seconds before the roaming package was fully activated by the network.

If you are still abroad please use the chat support to clarify this since the regular hotline does not work from outside Switzerland.
