Overview of active email addresses

I would like to see a list of all my active email addresses in my Sunrise account. I know I had five, but I don’t know which ones are still active.

I called customer service (in German) and asked for an overview of my active email addresses. The woman on the phone never understood my question. She kept repeating an answer I hadn’t even asked for – I was nearly driven to despair on the phone. If Sunrise doesn’t want to lose customers, its customer service urgently needs improvement. It needs to understand the callers’ language!

I see four active email addresses, which have been anonymized as follows: mkl…., mkp……., mkt….., sou…… I haven’t found a place where you can see a list of the email addresses.

Thanks, Daniele. I’ve checked the addresses you mentioned; those are the ones I was assuming as well.

I’ve also found the place where I can check which phone number the email address is linked to.

It would be great, of course, if there were a place to see an overview of the addresses linked to the account. But it is what it is.
