Before I switched to Sunrise, I had a very positive experience with the Sunrise sales and customer support team. Also, because my brother was using a discounted plan, I was offered the same plan.
However, I’d like to explain the issues I’ve experienced. I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card. I was also told that once my SIM was activated, someone would call me back and help me with the setup. That never happened.
In addition, I was assured that after switching to Sunrise, I would receive assistance with purchasing a new phone through an installment plan. Unfortunately, that also turned out not to be true. I’ve been trying to order a phone on my own, but I keep getting errors. I’ve clicked the “Request call back” option every day, yet nobody has ever called me.
Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. I received a physical SIM card even though I repeatedly requested an eSIM, and I was also misled about getting help with purchasing a new phone.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can resolve this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
