The simultaneous reports from various countries show that there is currently a central roaming disruption.

The problem has been identified and has just been forwarded with priority. Please be patient until the central interface in the backend is stable again and please do not all open a separate thread.

The first reports show that roaming abroad fortunately seems to be working again.

If your smartphone still does not show a signal please try this step:

1. Activate flight mode and deactivate it again after a few seconds to force a new network search
