Mauro1 My landline phone has stopped working and I will not replace it. Now when someone tries to call the number it just rings with no response. Can Sunrise switch off that line without modifying my contract because I don’t pay anything for the landline anyway? I want that when someone calls the number that the line is dead instead of ringing.
Xydocq hello Mauro1 Unfortunately the landline phone is part of your contract (UP Connect or UP Home), it’s not an option added to your contract. Therefor it can’t be modified. The only exemption would be Easy Internet.
