With more than 2′000 postings, @mesb has been a secret superuser for a long time.
You were one of the first Community users. What motivated you to take part in the superuser programme?
Actually it was you, @UPC_Ex_Mod 😉, when you told me last summer that the superusers can take part in certain beta tests, among other things 😉
Oh, then I hope that we can live up to your expectations… And what else do you expect from the superuser programme?
I’m particularly interested in taking part in the beta tests as I’ve been actively involved in crowdtesting from the beginning. And of course I love hearing news before everyone else 😉 and I’m happy to help other users – but also the moderators, whenever I can.
Thank you. We are always grateful for support :womanwink: Back to the Community: is there a particular event that you have experienced as a user that has stayed with you? Do you want to tell us about it?
It’s only indirectly to do with the Community – at the end of 2014 I attended an event in Wallisellen that I very much enjoyed. The apéro with @Anina Anina and Sani was a lot of fun :smileyvery-happy:
And when has the Community (or UPC) made you smile?
A few years ago, UPC (back then cablecom) offered me a small gift as consolation for a service that they messed up. I could choose from 3 things (I can’t remember exactly what they were any more). I said: Anything but chocolate! I don’t like chocolate! And what did I get? – who would have guessed it – chocolate!!! No further words. 😛
via GIPHY - Look how much @mesb enjoys chocolate!
Oh no! And we sent you chocolate, too… but we’ll make a note of that in your profile. So you don’t like chocolate. Do you prefer to eat bacon and eggs or muesli for breakfast?
Oh, now you’ve caught me off guard! I wanted to answer the question about the chicken and the egg! The reply would be: if I was intelligent enough to answer that question, I would have already developed the ultimate Horizon
Errrrmmm back to your question: bacon and eggs, of course – I’m not a chicken 😉
That’s true! Have you already received advice from the experienced superusers?
Yes, of course, there’s always something useful you can learn 😉
