Sunrise TV app / log in

Hi team

Im not able to watch sunrise tv on my tv. I need to scan QR code to log in. When i do that my sunrise tv app opens and when i put my contract number and password it says its incorrect. When i reset password it allows me to set up new password and then im asked to log in with new credentials. And same thing happens - incorrect match. When i try using anything else than contract number as login i get message that my account is mapped to multiple emails. I’m loosing my patience..

Xydocq I called Friday first thing in the morning. They said it appears to be technical issue and other department will send me a link. No contact since then…we normally dont watch tv, but now with FIFA games, its annoying we pay for service we are not able to use since 1year+..

Can you log in using those credentials (customer number and password) here:
https://www.sunrise.ch/mysunrise/en/residential/

You could try typing your password into somewhere you can see it, just to ensure the keyboard language isn’t changing (such as the y and z keys moving around between DE and UK keyboards). Not that I’ve ever had that problem. Umm…. 🙂

Unfortunately the sunrise web site seems to be under construction. So there’s currently no way to edit the settings yourself. ☹

If you watch on a smart tv. Try to find the Play SRF app. It will allow you to stream SRF channels. It’s free to use and you should be able to see some games.

You could also go for zatoo or teleboy, they offer free tv with some limitations.
