Maybe your suggested alternative could work. Would it be possible to switch the current line to a prepaid plan, port my existing number, and then switch back to a subscription while keeping the subscription terms that were originally agreed?
It would be disappointing if no solution were available, as I was looking forward to benefiting from the subscription offer provided. Unfortunately, without the possibility of bringing my current number, I will not be able to use the subscription.
If above is not possible, can Sunrise propose an alternative process that would allow me to keep my existing subscription terms while bringing in my current number?
