This can unfortunately happen.
When you buy a device in a Sunrise shop, the purchase is immediately registered in the system. The updated billing data is therefore already visible in your main dashboard.
The online order history is to my knowledge processed in a separate system cycle and as I believe it then takes up to 48 hours for an in store purchase to fully synchronize with the web portal and the app. Since you received the official order confirmation email yesterday, all data is secured in the system.
The database simply needs some time to sync the data protocols. The entry will appear in your history shortly.
