Hello Sebi88
The official coverage maps look great on paper but they only show a calculated outdoor signal. Real world obstacles like concrete walls or modern insulated windows can heavily block high frequency 5G signals.
If the 5G signal remains weak even outside your building it means you are likely in a classic local coverage gap or a shadow zone of the cell tower.
To get a stable connection right now you can simply go into your phone settings and switch the preferred network back to 4G or LTE. The 4G network uses lower frequencies that penetrate buildings much easier and it will usually give you a way more reliable and steady internet experience in these tricky spots. Many of us mobile users face these local signal drops depending on the building style and switching back to the mature LTE network is a common workaround that solves the issue instantly. The network is constantly being expanded and optimized in the background but local objections and legal hurdles unfortunately slow down the installation of new antennas significantly.
