Dear Sunrise Team,
In March of this year, we renegotiated my Sunrise contract so that my monthly fee would be reduced to CHF 54.
However, I am currently still being charged CHF 102 per month, which does not reflect the agreement we made.
At the moment I am abroad and unable to contact you through your digital support channels, since the automated chatbot does not provide an option related to this issue.
The agreement was that starting in April, the monthly charge would already include the 50% discount that was negotiated. Unfortunately, this has not been applied, and I continue to receive invoices for the full amount.
I kindly ask for your response by email so we can resolve this matter as soon as possible, including reimbursement for the full amounts incorrectly charged in April and May.
