Welcome to the community.

Yes you should see the QR code there. Since you can use the code for null (ZERO) times. It might not be displayed because the QR code is no longer valid.

Please contact 0800 707 707, they should be able to assist you and create a new QR code for you.

I’m currently looking into why the QR code isn’t showing up, since it’s no longer visible in My Sunrise for me either. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back.

Daniele_Sunrise - Thanks Daniele - Support added the MEID and EID manually as a workaround so I have no blockers. Many thanks for analysing.
