Purchased a Sunrise Prepaid but no order confirmation / eSim received

I just purchased a sunrise prepaid eSim, went trough the verification process and paid the CHF 19.95 for the prepaid.

I did not receive any order confirmation but the money was deducted. Nothing shows on mysunrise as well, the product page is just empty.
