“Um eine Mahngebühr von CHF 40.– zu verhindern, bitten wir Sie, den offenen Betrag innerhalb eines Arbeitstags zu begleichen.”
I paid the outstanding amount of CHF 60.60 on the same day, thereby complying with the deadline stated in the message.
Nevertheless, a late fee of CHF 40.– has been charged to my account. Since the payment was made within the timeframe specified in your SMS, I kindly ask you to review this matter and cancel the late fee.
I am happy to provide proof of payment as well as a screenshot of the SMS upon request.
