You have been scammed, not by Sunrise but by those 123games-guys. The chances to get your money back are very low. Call 0800 707 707 and ask them to stop any Premium SMS service immediately. There might be other charges already pending, so don’t wait!

Next thing to do, log on to your MySunrise, enter premium SMS into the search bar. Click on the result Block premium SMS, it will redirect you to the settings page, where you can block all premium SMS. You could also ask the hotline guy to add the block.
