I was offered from the salesteam a lifetime contract for both my mobile numbers. I accepted this via email.
However, after the numbers were ported I have noticed the rebate was no applied.
Not just this but upon calling for both numbers I was told I didn’t have a lifetime contract.
The first numbers contract was apparently adjusted, rebate applied and bill corrected.
For the second number the bill was corrected and a rebate applied. However, they claimed there was never a talk about a lifetime rebate (via sms informed).
Upon calling support again they said since i have an email showing that the lifetime rebate was mentioned, I should use the contact form on the site and upload the mail.
However, I fail to find a proper contact form and the chat bot seems to have an issue with accepting my phone number.
What would be the best way to proceed and get proof of an applied lifetime rebate?
