Wrong settings password

Like others that opened a ticket here, I also have an incorrect settings password printed on my modem. Please tell me how I can get the correct password.

Please make sure to use the correct password. There are two passwords on the label. One is for WiFi the other for the settings.

Please send us a clear photo of the underside of your modem via private message. We will then be happy to provide you with the possible passwords.

Please note: if you have changed the password, we cannot provide you with your new password. In this case, you will need to reset the modem.

Xydocq I know which password it is. But this model has wrong passwords as mentioned in countless other threads. Im waiting for official sunrise employees to give me the correct one

gokh The password is clearly visible. I have sent it to you via private message. If you have changed the password, we cannot see that. To reactivate the original password, you will need to reset your modem.
